You won’t be able to change your loads very much once we get started b/c we want to limit traffic in and out of the main gym. Depending on class size, we may have to modify from 2 DB/KB to 1 DB/KB. So when you look at the workout, start to have in mind what weights will work best for the entire workout vs just one movement and how you would adjust that if modifying becomes necessary.
