Barbell Class

Missing the barbell?

We have a class dedicated to barbell lifting at 7am, 1pm, and 5:30pm Monday through Friday. While this class is not led by a coach, we provide equipment, an outdoor space, programming, and our coaches and staff are always available to demo, help, and answer questions.

The lifts covered are squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, and the Olympic lifts.
