Take a break from heavy barbells and cross train at our Conditioning class, which promises a full body workout by incorporating aerobic, anaerobic, and body weight exercises.

Similar to a Bootcamp-style workout, but with the addition of all of the fun ‘toys’ we have available in the gym. This 45 minute class makes for a great supplement to your regular fitness routine, and when done consistently, should improve both endurance and work capacity.

Conditioning class meets every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm and in the PIT.
