“Diet” does not mean a gimmicky way of eating. We aren’t encouraging calorie-counting and offering you points for what you do and don’t eat. We’re speaking simply about what you put in your body. Your diet is what you eat.
Ever hear this phrase? “You can’t outperform your diet.” Sooo true. As such, we generally follow CrossFit founder Greg Glassman’s advice on diet:
“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise, but not excess body fat.”
