Description: This workshop is a free online workshop geared towards improving the health of your knees. We will go over the most common reasons why athletes develop knee pain, AND what to do about it. You will learn the best mobility drills and stability/ strength drills to decrease knee pain, or if you’re one the lucky ones, prevent it from occurring to begin with!
