Starting this week: join us for Yoga ‍♂️ Fridays at 530pm in the Pit for just a $5 drop in fee!!  

The class will be led by Josh Bacallao, a certified yoga instructor AND a black belt in Jiu Jitsu!! 

Josh will be sticking around to coach the 630pm Friday Jiu Jitsu class for anyone who wants to roll after yoga
