CONDITIONING WOD:
100/400 Partner WOD:
4 Rounds
100m Run
15 Push-ups

400m Run
25 Air Squats

*partner one completes: 100m run + 15 push-ups + 100m run back, then
partner two will complete: 100m run + 15 push-ups + 100m run back, then
partner one will complete: 400m Run + 25 Air Squats, then partner 2 will
complete: 400m Run + 25 Air Squats. that is one round.

This year, the Ultimate Trainers are giving our members the Gift of WODs – each day will feature a workout designed by each member of our training staff.  These special WODs will kick off next week on Monday, December 18th and
run until Sunday Dec 24th when we do our annual 12 Days of Christmas WOD**
