Workout A:
Burpees
Box Jumps (24/20)
KB Swings (1.5/1)
400m Run

Workout B:
Pull-ups
Deadlifts (185/135)
Push Presses (75/55)
400m Run

*Partners: One team member completes 21 reps of each “A” exercise while
the other partner 21 reps of each “B” exercise. Then the team runs the
400m together. Then swap and do 21 reps of each exercise of the alternate
workout (you do what your partner just did). Then run the 400m together.
Then 15 & then 9 reps of each doing the same.

We will be running heats at 830am, 930am and 1030am on Saturday the 28th.

Note: There will be no regularly scheduled classes on this day though Open Gym
will be available from 8am-close on this day.

The cost to participate is $49 per person and includes a FIGHT CLUB WOD
tee-shirt. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma
Society.
