How to add this calendar to your Google calendar
- You must have a Google Calendar account.
- In the Left-hand menu at the bottom there is an add button,
click this and Select Add a Public Calendar
- Choose the Add by Url tab

CROSSFIT is simply the best fitness
experience you can have. The stimulus provided is always varied and the
results are dramatic. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie
to anyone willing to put in the work. Come see what we are all about!
LEVEL 1 vs LEVEL 2 : The workout differs only in intensity,
not in structure. Simply put, Level 1 is for beginners and Level 2 is
for more advanced athletes. But we want you to train, so come to the
class that fits your schedule!
*OPEN GYM/CROSSFIT HQ : This time slot is for our unlimited
members only. This gives our serious athletes a chance to complete CrossFit HQ's WOD or anything else they feel needs extra attention.
**CROSSFIT WOMEN'S CLASS : A CrossFit class without all the
testosterone. Offered Mon/Wed/Fri, this hour is for women only and is
built and structured around CrossFit principles.
NEW STUDENTS : Our 'FREE' intro classes are Wednesday nights
at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 10am. This workout will give you the
great feel of CrossFit in general and an even better look at the
'Ultimate CrossFit' community.
