How do you get started at Ultimate CrossFit?

Getting Started

We have 3 easy steps to get started. You can start with any step below.

  1. Stop in and watch a class. Come to any of our scheduled classes, watch what we do, ask questions, and meet some great people.

  2. Come try out a class. We have free classes for new clients on Wednesday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 10 am. Please show up 15 minutes early to sign a waiver and learn a little bit about that day's workout.  If you can print these out, fill them out and bring them in.  For the medication question, only include anything related to training (asthma, something that increases your heartrate, serious allergies).  You will need both of these - Par-Q and Waiver

  3. Sign up for the fundamentals program. The fundamentals program is a 2 class introduction to CrossFit described below. This 2 class introduction is mandatory for anyone new to CrossFit. If you sign up for the Unlimited Classes you get the fundamentals for free.

 



Fundamentals Program

The fundamentals program is meant to be an introduction to our gym and style of training because the way we train is different. We want our new members to be comfortable with why we train the way we do, be able to properly perform the movements, and be prepared for our group classes. Through the fundamentals program we hope to provide new members with a base of knowledge that will help them reach their fitness goals. And, of course, each class will include a workout.

The fundamentals class is two small group sessions with a trainer where you will cover the majority of the movements needed to complete CrossFit workouts.
